We lived here early in our marriage when we were stationed in Norfolk. I just wasn’t impressed and it’s older style. Needed a lot of upgrades back then and maybe it has been fixed now. As always the military community families are always the best. I will update this response when we go visit Virginia and see if updates were made and how the community in general looks. Thank you

"Whitehurst Housing - Norfolk, VA"
Whitehurst Housing is located down behind a little area of houses in Norfolk. I found it to be quiet & loved the area. The houses were big and most of them have decent sized fenced in back yards with a 2 car garage plus additional parking outside the 2 car garage. There's no limit to rank with who can apply to live there. There was a little bit of a wait list though. I highly recommend the Housing :)
